Pursuant to its bylaws, F&A Federal Credit Union opens its board election cycle each year to consider potential candidates to serve on its volunteer Board of Directors or Supervisory Committee. Applications to serve for a term as a volunteer on the Board of Directors will be reviewed by the Nomination Committee comprised of the six directors not actively seeking election. If needed, the Nomination Committee will meet on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 to review, select, or reject applications for the Board of Directors slate. Any applicant not recommended for the slate will have a minimum of 45 days to petition the members. Official petition documents must be delivered to Victoria Hahn (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) by 4:00PM, PST on Friday, January 3, 2025. If an applicant is selected to petition the members, instructions will be sent to the respective applicant via email, no later than the end of the business day on Wednesday, November 20, 2024.

The Credit Union will accept applications to serve on the Supervisory Committee through 4:00PM, PST Friday, October 25, 2024 and extended the deadline if needed. The Supervisory Committee is made up of five members  with a 12-month term: 4/1/2025 - 3/31/2026. Supervisory Committee applications will be forwarded to the entire F&A Board of Directors who will evaluate the applications and make their selection. This will be completed no later than the first week of February 2025. Supervisory Committee members are volunteers appointed by the Board of Directors to serve a one-year term.

The selected Committee will be announced during the 89th Annual Business Meeting scheduled for Saturday, March 22, 2025.
